  • Return Period

    Every customer has the right to a 30-day return period. The revocation period starts from the date of receipt of the package. Was a product delivered incorrectly or defective? If so, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery time

    The delivery date is between 5 to 7 business days, counting from the date of purchase. When the package is delivered to the carrier, we send an automatic email informing you that your order has been shipped.

    Orders are only shipped on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock.

    Shipping costs

    For orders over 50 euros, shipping is free. If the order is below this amount, a supplement of 7€ will be charged for shipping and handling.
