Return Period
Every customer has the right to a 30-day return period. The revocation period starts from the date of receipt of the package. Was a product delivered incorrectly or defective? If so, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
The right to return applies when:
- The article has not yet been used;
- The item shows no signs of use;
- The item was viewed/handled in the same way it would be handled in a store.

Delivery time
The delivery date is between 5 to 7 business days, counting from the date of purchase. When the package is delivered to the carrier, we send an automatic email informing you that your order has been shipped.

For orders over 50 euros, shipping is free. If the order is less than this amount, a supplement of 10 euros will be charged for shipping and handling.
